Our suite couldn't be more comfortable. The king size bed felt like new and had crisp sheets covered with a fresh duvet cover. Nice thick towels and a huge shower and jacuzzi tub. The decor is very dated, carpet old and dirty, and toilet didn't flush. Our room was narrow and odd-shaped; it would be difficult to squeeze four people in the "suite". Breakfast included was average. The best thing about this hotel is that it's two blocks from Whiskey Row, restaurants and shops. The front desk stafff was friendly and courteous. More

The managers (Rich and Teresa) at the Springhill Suites in Prescott are great. Something got messed up with my reservation (my fault not theirs) and they fixed everything. Later that day, It was raining like crazy and they let me borrow an umbrella so I could walk about town without getting soaked. More
