If we had not had to pay $76 a night to stay in this hotel, then MAYBE the stay would have been an actual value. Convenient to downtown (Whiskey Row) and other areas in Prescott. Room was clean and a nice smaller pool in the rear. Nothing special, but better than a Motel 6. Coffee and muffin in the small lobby. Could Not beat only $45 a night... More

Place was empty, half the hall lights were shut off. The room itself was above average for the price. However, some persons on the management team tend to be untruthful, may attempt to charge extra "fees", or not honor the reservation pricing EVEN when you book on their OWN website (America's Best Value Inn). My brother and I stayed here for one night and my brother got locked out of the room and they refused to let him back in without his id (which was in the room) and even called the police. It was ridiculous. I will never stay here again. More
