We travel several times a year for business and pleasure. When we arrived, I was told we could not check in without paying a $25 "early check-in fee" because it was not yet 4:00pm. When I inquired as to the justification for the fee, I was told that they had heavy checkout this morning, resulting in the necessity of extra... More

If eating at the restaurant do not give your room number if you are planning on paying at the time. I paid by Visa in the restaurant and then was also billed to my room. I complained upon check out and they removed it but then they billed it again after I left using my Visa on file without authorization. More

I wanted to offer my apology for your billing experience in our restuarant. I have discussed your concerns with the appropriate employees and can assure you that this issue won't occur again. Please feel free to contact the resort directly for the resolution on the bill, as we want to ensure it corrected for you. Thank you More

Stayed at this hotel for a business conference. Expected a full service hotel and was very disappointed. Not much for meals or salon service. Had to go outside to get my hair done. Too far away from everything! At least 45 minutes or more. Expect $75 cab ride. Expensive. Quiet, but boring. Basic rooms, spa very lacking in what they... More

The reason for my stay at this location was because my daughter had a dance convention and conference for the weekend. My husband originally thought this was a great location and we switched our reservations from lower priced Holiday Inn to stay here. I thought sleep number bed, casino, 5 restaurants, right on property with the convention, how great was... More

I take it personally when our guests don't have a terrific time and I apologize on behalf of the entire resort. It sounds like there were a few challenges when you were here with your conference. I have made our conference services team aware of your concerns. I am appreciative that you not only mentioned your challenges but the positives... More

The hotel is located at the Fort McDowell Casino and has easy access to the casino but the resort itself feels self contained with nice pools, a hot tub and restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for more! More

Loved this hotel! Stayed April 3rd-6th, and couldn't be more happy! The restaurant was delicious, and we actually won at the casino! The staff was very attentive, the rooms were up to date, and the scenery was amazing!!! The only negative for me was the bed- It was way too hard for my liking but all of the positives outweigh... We travel to Phoenix for Spring Training every year. Yes we could have stayed a lot closer to the ballparks but we wanted a nice quiet atmosphere. We selected the right property.
