This concerns the Hawthorn Suites “Waterfront Ivy” in Scottsdale AZ. We had a 2-bedroom suite and left after 1 night. The Marriott Courtyard is a palace by comparison. In summary: Shabby, poorly trained front desk, badly furnished, mediocre breakfast.
