For the most part this hotel is pretty cool. Very nice pool area and decent rooms. The problem: Friday night and there was a private party in the lounge-like area in the lobby. SUPER LOUD BUMPING MUSIC UNTIL 1:00 A.M. Then the partyers are let out to smoke, yell, talk right by the rooms by the lounge. It was AWFUL.... More

Our room was attractive and the furnishings were nice. I appreciated the free wireless internet service. The beds were comfortable, but the many pillows were too hard for my taste. The main issue was with the noisy air conditioning unit that was very loud every time it cycled on and when it cycled off, it was hot and stuffy in the... My wife and myself had a great time here. We stayed here because we got a package deal where we got admission to a comedy show they have there and a room for the night. It cost $65 to do that so we were pretty happy. Had no issues, room was nice and clean and the staff was great. More

I have stayed here for many times whenever I came to Scottsdale, AZ. In the past, I did not have any problem and I always have enjoyed staying here. The last time I stayed here as in April 03, 2012 and I would never come back again. They charged me $35 fee for damage the towel which I have no... More

We also had a horrible experience at this hotel. We checked in late Friday two lamps would not turn off so we could go to bed .My husband unscrewed the bulbs and we worried all night about the bad wiring in the wall. Next day we headed out to the pool planning to spend the day there. At 11 a.m.... More

The hotel appears nice at first look until you get to your room. Then the door on two of our rooms were broken and they were not able to fix the doors. We were locked out of our room for 6 hours on the first day of arrival! Then we received a handout from the front desk upon check in... More

I stayed at the Clarion during Bike Week in Phoenix. As with everything else the Clarion was overpriced at $160 a night. The room did not have a microwave or fridge. If you wanted one you could rent one from the front desk. Not close to any restuarants except Coco's about 7 blocks away. The room was clean, and the... More

The pool is probably the best part of this hotel. Comfy chairs and cabanas that will ensure you get a well deserved tan. The hot tub is very nice as well! The only complaint I had was the carpet in our room turned our feet black. Everytime I showered there would be footprints of dirt in the shower. I don't... More

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a 3 week tour around Arizona and New Mexico. I had pre-booked a month before with a last minute internet company. At first we were allocated a room on the outside and ground floor of the building which didn't please us much, but when we went into the room, I... More

We really enjoyed this one. The room was right across from the lawn and pool area. Great place to take a dip in the evening, after a long day at the ball parks, or just to lounge around at fiesta time. Tried to tip the maid, but she left it on the counter. Had to explain it was for a... More
