We were so pleased with our choice to stay here. The rooms was clean, beautiful, and there were fresh flowers waiting on us!! We enjoyed the peaceful deck and watched the sun set each night. It is very centrally located to all restaurants and shopping. The e-mail communication was very easy and Kimberly answered all my questions and made us... More

What a delightful little place! My daughter and I spent one night here before moving north into the Oak creek canyon. Great location with walking of all the eateries and shops in upper Sedona. Not fancy, but charming and very efficient. The outside patio has a lovely view. The email communication was great, no need for a check in person... More

This is a unique place: two lovely rooms designed by top Sedona architects who work downstairs. One room is a queen; one a king. The views are fantastic and there are no doors slammed by multiple guests: it's a two room hotel! You can easily walk to several restaurants in uptown Sedona (recommended - Thai Palace and the Wildflower Cafe).... More

My wife and I stayed here a few weeks ago. We stayed in the King. The place is really charming. It is essentially a studio apartment. It is a large room with a kitchenette (microwave, sink, fridge, coffee maker) and a small breakfast table, bathroom with a large tub, bed, and a bay window with an additional seating area. There... This room cannot be beat! The location is simply amazing! We were able to walk everywhere and the room is absolutely beautiful! Plenty of space and the kitchenette is so handy to have! We even went out to dinner with the tenants in the other room after meeting out on the patio and sharing some wine. The area is quiet... More

1 block off 89A, the main drag. This mini hotel has just 2 rooms, both are just so beautiful. The decor is outstanding. Comfortable beds with a mini kitchen. The best part is the huge outdoor private patio with killer views of the red rocks. Park your car and walk 2 mins. To all the uptown shops, restaurants and saloons.... More

Great location, at the end of Oak Creek Canyon, in the heart of the uptown area, just a block off the main drag. It is more of a vacation rental than hotel or B&B; there is no maid service, coffee service, etc, The king room was well appointed and spacious with a sitting area and kitchenette area. Great roof top... More

My husband and I stayed here for 9 days and we had everything we needed. We were in the best location. We could walk to the Cowboy Club (one of the best restaurants in Sedona), and to the major shopping area in Sedona. The king bed was super comfortable, and every morning we would have coffee on the outside balcony/porch... More

This was a last minute trip I made for my fiancés' birthday and I couldn’t have picked a better place. Kimberly was very friendly through our emails back and forth and provided me with a lot of information. Purchasing the room as easy and there were no snags at all. The scenery was beautiful and the room was very clean... More

This was our third trip to Sedona and wish we would've known about The Rooms Upstairs on our previous stays! It's a perfect place to have a drink after a day of... More
