We only had one night booked but arrived early to enjoy the area and the room. We had a corner fireplace and a cozy bed, in the cool evening it was fun to light it and enjoy the Sedona breeze and warm fire. We asked for a late check out and they allowed us to check out at one with... More

The Front Desk staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. The "supervisor" not only smirked at me but she also was talking about about me with other staff while I walked away. For $245/night I was given the worst room in the hotel and told "we're sorry we have a lot of weddings this weekend". I asked to check out early... More

Dear MermaidGirl, I am very sorry and surprised at your comments. Our front office receives consistently high marks within our brand thus I am dissapointed to learn of your experience. As the General Manger of the resort I am highly interested to know more of your situation if you can call me. I just wish you would have asked to... More

I originally was booked in for two nights but I liked it here so much that I stayed a third night. My room was of average size, with a large bathroom. We were on the third floor. The balcony was wonderful and had a table and chairs. I spent a good amount of time sitting out here gazing at the... More

Our family stayed at this resort for 2 nights in early July 2011. We found most of the staff to be extremely friendly. My kids (9 and 11) loved the pool area. We dined for dinner 1 evening and breakfast 2 days. The wait staff and food was excellent. The concierge was extremely helpful with a jeep tour of the... More

While the Hilton Sedona Resort and Spa is in a lovely location, the overall atmosphere of this "resort" screams "aaaauuggh!!!" Imagine allowing a fraternity to take over a country club. This is what Hilton Sedona Resort and Spa was like. Maybe we picked the wrong weekend; there was a wedding and we happened to get a room right below the... More

Check-in: Fast and friendly. We asked for a couple items to be brought to the room and were done so without delay. Questions all answered.. Room: Auto upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite with fireplace. It was a middle floor in front of the elevator (avoidance areas in my preferences – would be nice if they’d ask at check-in) Nice... More

My wife and I booked our first vacation to Arizona and spent four days in Sedona at the Hilton resort. Our trip was built around a full day excursion to see the Grand Canyon, so we chose Sedona to be our base of operations for day trips, the canyon tour and other activities in the area. I investigated several Sedona... More

Stayed in a one bedroom suite, the room was clean, nice bedding but smaller than I expected. Arrived 4 hours before check-in time & room was ready, check-in went smoothly. The balcony was nice but did not have a nice view so it was a waste of space unless you are a smoker. It did have a nice fireplace &... More

This hotel was a good place to stay while we were in Sedona. Perhaps the only real disappointment is that it is not actually in Sedona. The hotel is in Oak Creek, which in reality is only a 15 minute, very scenic, drive to Sedona so not really a major complaint, but if you are looking to be in Sedona... More
