This was the second time we stayed at the Wickenburg Inn. The first stay was a positive one. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The second time around was not as pleasant. The "complimentary" breakfast has very little going for it. While some might like the biscuits and gravy, my family was looking for something at least... More

Stayed at this place for 6 nights while attending training in the area. The General Manager was RUDE, and actually made the comment that "He did not care if we returned" after he became belligerent about a tax exempt form from my employer! The room was small, outdated, and bare bones! The shower head was broken, the tub drained slow... More

We apologize your tax exempt form was not honored. The reason your form was denied was your employer provided identification as an employee of the State of Colorado was expired since 2006 and after contact your employer regarding the nature of the visit, they couldn't even provide verification of employment. We wish we could honor every tax exempt request that... More

I have stayed at this property before and returned based on that experience. During my stay of two nights, my iPad was taken from my room. I'll not stay here again. More

We apologize that you didn't enjoy your stay. We dispute your statement that you find this property unsafe. We've owned and operated the hotel for 11 years and not had a single complaint regarding the safety or housekeeping stealing items other than yours. We take complaints of this nature very seriously, and called the authorities immediately after your report. We... More

The Wickenburg Inn is located in Wickenburg, AZ right off Hwy 60 aka (Grand Ave). It is a cozy, people friendly, dog friendly hotel. While it is an older hotel, it provides the old west charm visitors usually seek. The staff is warm and inviting and the rooms are clean, cozy and relaxing. They provide a fridge, microwave, coffee pot... More

This hotel is not nearly as nice as many of the reviews indicate. Very small, basic rooms. Old style tv. Extreme road noise from heavy route 60 traffic. The stay started with taking a copy of my drivers license. We stay in 20+ hotels every year, and although they all check the license to verify identity, I have never had... More

Needed a pet friendly place for a couple of nights and gave this one a try. Staff was great and provided great service. Inn is a little older, but the room was great size and very clean. We would return and stay again if we are ever in the area again. More

Front desk staff very helpful and friendly but the rooms really look old and worn out, the carpets and furniture are in need of a really good cleaning. More

I really enjoyed my stay at the Wickenburg Inn. The staff was friendly the room was clean and comfortable. I made my reservations over the phone with Kim, she was very nice and helpful. I had forgotten my cell phone at home in South Carolina and had to have it overnighted to me. The folks at the desk were nice... More

The evening we arived, the welcome was very nice. And that was it! The room was postage stamp size, the requested wake up call did not materialize, and the promised breakfast was poor. As we walked into breakfast the girl was taking away the oatmeal serving dish to refill it, and fully one half hour later she had not returned... More

This place may not be your cup of tea but all and all it's not a bad place to stay. We stayed there for 4 nights in Feb 2012. The place is older and a bit tattered around the edges but clean with a typical continental style breakfast from 0600 to 0900. Road noise might be a problem if you... More
