The Inn was a terrific surprise. The owners have a very nice bakery but the room was top notch, decorations were very unique. Everyone was friendly and informative for other things to do in the area.

On a road trip through the South West, we were looking for a base to support a rail trip to the Grand Canyon. The location was perfect, a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We called in on the off chance. John and the team couldn't have been more helpful! Beautiful room with period furniture and atmosphere. Breakfast...

What a charming place to stay! The Red Garter is housed in an old building that has served many purposes over the years. It has been lovingly restored by the owner John Polst. The lower level is now a bakery; the guest rooms are upstairs. John has collected the history of the building over the years and is happy to...

I have stayed at many Bed and Breakfasts but this is the first at a Bed and Bakery. The place is over 100 years old. We spent 3 nights in the Madam's Room. Said to be haunted but we did not see any Ghosts. Very nice rooms that have great charm. The breakfast is a fruit plate and any thing...

It was so much fun to stay in a building with as much history and charm as the Red Garter Inn. John Holst, the innkeeper, has spent many years transforming a shell of a building into the cutest B&B, with period touches everywhere you look. There are only four rooms which makes the experience of staying at the Red Garter...

An experience not to be missed. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, then I highly recommend this address. This bed & breakfast is a restored bordello/saloon from the 1900s. The bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs there is a bakery and gift shop with Route 66 memorabilia. It is also supposedly haunted but we didn't see any...

We stayed here for two nights in July for a visit to the Grand Canyon and the surrounding area. The hotel is easy to find on a main street with a public parking area across the street. The staircase is long and the treads are narrow, but wasn't a problem for us. Mtion-sensing lights illuminate the stairs. There is wireless...

We actually stayed here on our honeymoon in June 2008 but it would not let me go back that far! We really enjoyed staying here! The people were great and the pastries for breakfast were incredible! Make sure to bring warm clothes just in case! We were here the first week in June and it snowed a little bit the...

This hotel is very unique and very reasonably priced. It's owners are very friendly and helpful. It was a very refreshing change from staying in chain motels. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of homemade pastries. We would definitely stay again.
