Stayed 2 nights, both nights called front desk for wake up call, both mornings, wake up call did not work. Walls too thin, so noisy unable to sleep - can hear everyone's door open/close/slam etc. Breakfast - waffle maker did not work Microwave was very dirty Plus side was restrooms were clean.

Indoor pool, good breakfast selection, although get down before 8 to get a seat. Had 2 ajoining rooms, rooms large and comfortable. Not the most modern of hotels but clean and quiet. Situated just behind the railway station, easy walk into town of 1 block.

We stayed one night for the train ride to Grand Canyon. Hotel is within walking distance to train depot. There is a restaurant at the depot. The room was clean, we had no problems, there was a limited breakfast. No complaints!

Was told to stay in Williams for our Grand Canyon trip and also that the Howard Johnson there was nice. Filthy, filthy hotel lobby, stairs, grounds and room. Lights don't work, toilet doesn't flush, carpets are so dirty we are afraid to walk on them bare footed, fan in bathroom seriously never cleaned. And then to top it all off... More
