We stayed here the night of 6 May and were welcomed with nice drinks of our choice by Caron. We too didn't see the mountains but the room and food and general level of service were very good. Most importantly there was no attempt to sell us something at each and every opportunity. More

Regrettably we don't see the Himalayas, but we can't forget the cosy atmosphere and warming service from the everyone in the hotel. Really recommend, and only one night is not enough! More

One night here was not enough!! Room was ok...plenty of blanket, hot water was always available. Battery charging was not possible in our room but we could do it at restaurant.There are flies in our room but it's not a big problem at all. Stayed at Peaceful Cottage end of March. Friendly and helpful staff especially Laxman. Had Nepali set dinner in the restaurant, nice food and value for money. I really enjoyed the beautiful sunrise at the terrace and the rooftop. Would love to stay in this hotel again during my return visit ! More
