Hotel Kandahar proved to be a great choice for accomodation in Pas De La Casa. The exit from the basement ski locker room is within around 50 metres of four ski lifts offering access to the huge Grandvalira ski area. Hotel Kandahar has great location, perfect for skiing in the great slopes of Pas de la Casa and Grandvalira, the rooms are comfortable, the quadrupel rooms are perfect with children, the services for skiiers are all you would need , but I would like to highligh two things: Food is gorgeous and specially, the absolute best of this hotel is... Had a room with a double bed and 2 bunks for 4 adults for Euro 212.80 with breakfast for full 3 nights. Excellent room. Food ok. Just tried booking for Jan 09 and told same 4 adults and same room 220 Euros per night. Is it worth that much? I say not...works out even pricier if all adults have individual... More
