Less than expected. I had been in contact for several months prior to our stay. Everything was in place, the home and grounds were well kept, and we were greeted when we arrived. The two things that are vital to know are the gourmet breakfast was a warmish pear /casserole served with a bottle of maple flavored syrup-that was it.... More

No one was there to greet us when we arrived. I called the owner and about 30 minutes later a gentleman arrived and let us in and told us to make ourselves at home.
