I have stayed here previously but this time was the best. I enjoyed a restful sleep in a freshly updated king room, as the hotel has been undergoing rennovations. The staff, as usual, was friendly and very accommodating. Kuddo's to the new owners for the updates, it was time! More

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The heating and cooling fan was pretty noisy and had to run the water for quite awhile before it warmed up. The breakfast was not much to speak of. More

Pros: More affordable than some other chain hotels in Eureka Springs (which is a resort town, and one with higher weekend rates). Friendly staff. Cons: Lower unit is at the base of a steep slope, with levels separated by staircases against the hillside (this may explain why room smelled a bit musty despite being basically clean).
