I live an hour from eureka and go there often. I got a suite here.for almost 200 bucks a night. I asked for a champagne bucket three times..never got one.. the kitchen is IN the living room!! Thank you for your review. We make constant effort to keep the rooms stocked including silverware and if you needed something we would have been happy to bring some. Room large. Water pressure good. Nice little kitchenette. Saw owners multiple times. They never said welcome or thanks. Actually never said anything. There are much better lodging choices in the area.

I recently got married in Eureka Springs( April 20th!!) and had mine, my MOHs and my two flower girls hair done at the Grand Central, by Chris. She is wonderful! She was very friendly and helpful. Everyones hair was better than we could have expected!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE her!!!!!

The hotel is filled with history and Dusty the manager gave us a tour and went over the history of the hotel and surrounding areas.
