I'll try to keep this short, but my enthusiasm for the Peabody and its owner, Faryl, may be hard to contain! This was our third trip to Eureka Springs and our third stay at the Peabody. We would not think of staying anywhere else in town...period! The location alone is stellar (one street removed from Main Street on the quiet... More

My husband and I stayed in the Nautilus room this past weekend and had a wonderful time. The room was the perfect size for the two of us and was so nicely decorated. Since it rained most of the day, we found ourselves stuck indoors but had all the amenities that we needed as well as movies to watch from... More

My husband and I stayed here for our 5th wedding anniversary. We've been to Eureka Springs many times, but have always stayed at a hotel. We decided this time we'd do something different. We chose The Peabody House based on positive reviews and it's location to town. I went in expecting it to be nice, but got more than I... More

The Peabody had enormous rooms! Very neatly decorated & within walking distance to our favorite restaurants (shout out to Local Flavor & The Oasis...we love Ermilio's, too but they were on winter break). We enjoyed our stay immensely...if stairs are an issue, you may need some assistance. Most, if not all rooms require navigating some stairs. Definitely worth checking out.

This is the place that my fiancé have stayed at the last two times we've visited Eureka. Always clean, friendly, & comfortable! We prefer a more laid back approach to a b&b, so this is perfect for us. Muffins and juice are left in our room the afternoon/evening before, freeing up the morning for us- instead of having to do... We are still in our room and love it so much I figured I'd give my review now! The owner is very sweet and she even sat us down when we got here to go over the best places for us to go based on what we wanted to do while we were in town. We get fresh baked muffins... More

I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Eureka Springs. We enjoyed four wonderful days at the Peabody. Faryl is a great hostess and innkeeper, full of suggestions for dining and things to do. Our suite was quite roomy - we particularly enjoyed the sitting area with the views of the town. The inn is so convenient to dining and shopping... More

We have been staying at the Peabody House since we began visiting Eureka Springs. There are a variety of rooms available, including the Rivendell, a small cottage behind the main house, which we prefer, because it is cozy and secluded. The owner is personable, and attentive, and available when you need something. Every day we are there we are treated... More

Charming! Very cozy, beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful, yet close walking distance to downtown. Simple style with nice touches of luxury (most comfortable bed with devine sheets and large new jacuzzi tub!) Small, but very surprisingly open and not claustrophobic! Love the balcony! Best use of space - every little nook used well! As an interior designer/ art teacher, loved... More

This whole trip exceeded all of our expectations, We've stayed in quite a few B&Bs across several states, and none can top Faryl's Peabody House. The room (Dashwood) was very warm, and inviting. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in; the sheets were so soft that we contemplated stealing them! ;-) The room was also... More
