attended for sunday lunch yesterday.manageress on duty very rude .am forwarding a letter of complait with full details to manager.remainder of staff friendly both to myself and my two young children. More

“Mixed bag..”

We had for a very short visit, staying one night only, arriving at almost 11pm and leaving early on the following morning. Booked the deluxe double there was nothing deluxe about it. no central heating controls working in the room. needs to be turned on by reception and once on sounds like a food processor and drowns out the tv which is capped at 50% volume. not a double bed just 2 singles pushed together.
