The Moycarn Lodge is a wonderful place for a break away from the world around us all, the environment is simple fantastic and very child friendly. the services are at a top level ten out of ten, a service with a smile. The location of the hotel is just off the M6 motorway. The grounds of the hotel have a... More

I and four friends booked this hotel for a weekend away. We had visited Ballinasloe before, knew of other hotels there but were unaware of the location of this one. The name (Moycarn Lodge and Marina) threw us and we expected it to be near the marina in the centre of town. We were pleasantly surprised to find it in... More

Just back from a great weekend in the Moycarn. Spent a few days there with a few freinds and had a gret time. Couldn't have been looked after better thanks to the hospitality of Dave and Janet. Lovely area and friendly people. Food was great and the river outside the door is a great attraction. Thanks for a great weekend.

When I phoned to book our nights stay I was informed that the hotel was under new management, but that they would honour our voucher. We were not disappointed. We were made very welcome & had a beautiful room facing the marina. The food was excellent.... More

After a two night stay in the Moycarn Lodge with my partner & 7 year old daughter, I can only say that I'm glad we decided to take the little break away. On arrival to the hotel, there was ample parking available. There was a very pleasant girl on reception who made us feel very welcome. The room in which... More
