Would not stay here again. Smoke enters room through bathroom fan, food under bed, uncomfortable loud bed, water damage on ceiling, staff cleaned lampshades in the pool, loose electric outlets made electronics charging difficult.

I have stayed at the Windsor Suites numerous times. Anytime I work in NW Arkansas, this is where I prefer to stay. It is of great value to my business. The staff is always professional and courteous! Happy Hour is a refreshing break and Jennifer is a SUPER HOSTESS!

The hotel was clean. Close to the U of A. The beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was good and the ladies were great that worked there. They even had an overflow room so everyone wasnt crowded into one small room. I would probably stay again. I like Best Westerns!
