Had trouble actually locating the Smugglers but when i phoned Chrissy and she showed me the room I was delighted. A modern comfortable room with a fantastic up to date bathroom - very impressive. Well located near the sea the breakfast in the shop was the quirky bit but really great. All in all a great experience well done Chrissy

You have to remember you are staying in the owner's (who is very friendly) house so the dining room is their room and is cluttered. stayed in the outside cottage which is nice as it has an ensuite and french windows. Chrissy had arranged that I should call when I reached Lym Regis, and they would give me directions. If you are looking for a B&B with your room number and plastic tablecloth on the breakfast table etc.. don't stay here!
