We didn't stay in the hotel but popped in a couple of times to the Fish Box Bar to sample some of their seafood. The staff were friendly and the food yummy. One of the few places in Giarloch which actually sells local seafood on the menu. Very good. More

I visited the Millcroft several times, the onset of the their highland games at nearby Strath was a momentious occassion. The Millcroft is a welcoming family run hotel with staff eager to tell about the area and places to see. Rooms are basic but comfortable and beautifully clean, most have a view of the loch and mountains of Skye. Seafood and steaks pretty wonderful, only disapppointment, poached eggs not available at breakfast! More

Friendly welcome, very basic room, but clean. Breakfast questionnaire offered for choice on arrival (excellent choice). Had an evening meal (very good), sweets excellent. Breakfast was substantial though average. All staff very friendly and welcoming. More
