What do you want from a B&B? Decent room, clean and spacious enough. The facilities you need, friendly owners, there, but not intrusive, great location, a GREAT breakfast (the best black pudding in Scotland? Maybe). We stayed three nights, slept well and will certainly go straight back if ever we travel that way again.
