Stayed for two days at the hotel with my son. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast at the top floor is excellent. Rooms are clean and nice with all comfort. But after all it is Sfax and a bit too expensive for this location

I have stayed in This hotel now for a week, and have the misfortune of having to do another 6-8 weeks there aswell. To describe it as being like Faulty Towers is doing Faulty Towers an injustice.
I had stayed ther a year or so ago, and everything was top notch as you would expect from a 5 star hotel, but...

We took a 10 days private tour around Tunisia and we experience different very nice hotels. This hotel is a real 5 stars due to the exceptional reception, nice room and great food. Maybe due to the time of the year (not to busy) and the fact that is more of a business type hotel (not too many tourists visit...

Very centrally located, Les Oliviers Palace is the nicest hotel I've seen in Tunisia. It's much more of a business hotel than a tourist destination. Staff are excellent: extremely helpful and also speak very good English. Both ground floor wifi and wired in-room internet worked great. Italian restaurant was very good. Breakfast was OK - food was nothing special but...

The service of the hotel is excellent - above Tunisian standard.
The rooms are clean and spacious, yet could use retouch.
Breakfast buffet is very good with a large variety of local and international dishes. The restaurant with a mix of local and Italian dishes.

Pool is quite small and not worth to mention.

The hotel is a quiet elegant hotel in the centre of the town. Harbour and the old city are on walking distance. The rooms are spacious and equipped in the Arabic style you would expect. Personal is friendly and service orientated. The hotel is equipped with all the facilities a business man could want.

This hotel is a downtown high-rise businessman's hotel. The room was beautiful and clean (though we had to get the plumber in to make the toilet work). Fruit basket on the table, candies on the bed. It was like a Sheraton: nothing particularly Tunisian about it (except the wedding parties that went on all night). The restaurant had wonderful Italian...

Good hotel - probably the best I have been in Tunisia sofar.
The rooms are clean, staff is very flexible and helpful, and the venue is very centrally located.
To add to the reviews already available: Skype does work with the proxy Internet connection, and breakfast is good value and very enjoyable. The hotel has a (cellar) bar and two...

I stayed in this hotel for 6 night during February 2008. Initial impressions are good, with a nice clean entrance area to the hotel. Check-in was relatively quick.
The hotel has apparently been refurbished in the past few years. My room had lots of dark wood panelling. The bed was comfortable (on the firm side, but I prefer it that...
