Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, and friendly. All I can ask for in a motel. Located within walking distance of several restaurants and some attractions, and a short drive from many attractions. I stayed during Bean Fest and rates were quite reasonable considering all the crowds in town.

Older property but proof that there are still owners who care. Extremely well maintained. Clean, everything works. I'd stay again in a minute. Two thumbs up to owners and staff. Very nostalgic. 30 minutes to Blanchard Springs Caverns.

Happened on this motel while traveling with another couple. It was older, American-owned/run motel but was very, very clean. The sheets on the bed had even been pressed and felt so good - you don't see that much anymore. The owner and his wife were very friendly.

A little old, a little run down. But, clean and neat as a pin. Pool was good. Great location.I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Was a bargain. And like others said, it takes you back to earlier days. My husband left his hearing aids in the room. They were turned in at the front desk and when we called 4 days later, after figuring out where they were, they were very courteous and are sending them back to us. How often does that happen?... Though the motel is older, and lacks amenities, I would recommend it. It is very clean, which is the most important thing, and the owners/managers care about the guests.
