Excellent hotel, difficult to fault any aspect - great value, good service, knowledgeable staff and understand families needs and requirements. The only one to pick on was a poor recommendation for dinner down the road on one of our nights - ordinary service and food.

I can't find fault with this hotel bar the food being no better than good. This is the extent of my criticism. Everything else was excellent, with hotel staff even helping out for 15 minutes in a failed attempt to get my local mobile data service running. A Thank You to all there. I thought this hotel was great. The staff was very courteous, the rooms are very comfortable and the location is right by Petra. The only downside for me is that the hotel does not serve any alcohol, even with meals.

Negatives: Restaurant incredibly warm during breakfast and breakfast placed by the window under the scorching sun.
