Stayed here for a hillwalking weekend. Good clean comfortable rooms. Friendly service. Good bar with changing selection of real ales. Bar can get full so get there early to eat. Also, breakfast seems to start a bit later than 8:30. Good cooked breakfast. More

Just stayed at this hotel on 28th and 29th August to attend a friends wedding. Room was clean and the kingsize bed was wonderful. Staff were absolutely brilliant and food was great. Sunday night was a blast. Live music with accordian, flutes and pipes. The atmosphere was great. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended. More

Good hotel for a one night stop over. Rooms were comfortable but a bit dated. Our room was in the front facing the main road. There is secondary double glazing but it could be stuffy if you are lucky enough to have a hot night. Friendly staff, popular bar serving good meals lunch and dinner. Breakfast excellent. More
