I regret not reading more of the reviews as I am fairly certain that the reviews I read were written by the staff. The hotel is really trying but there is too much to do. Recently stayed at the Downtowner Inn and had a pleasant and welcomiing stay. Janell was especially cheerful and helpful with all of my needs, but all of the staff were very friendly and made my stay one to remember. The location was tops for my needs.

“staff and amenities”

The hotel staff including assistant manager was very polite and knowledgeable. The amenities were up to par and exceeded my expectations. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good.

The only conclusion I can come to is that the other reviews I read for this hotel were written by family and friends of the owner? I stayed at this hotel for the week and it was a great place very quiet and peacfull nice pool deck and the staff was nice, i was conected by Karen Waller she was so nice to hook me up with the room thanks, I would recomend a stay here from a business trip to a couples get away.
