“Awful. Overbooking!!”

We've arrived (8 people) by 9pm and when checking in, the hotel reception said that they overbooked and our reservations were transfed to the other hotel of their own, Luxe Sunset Blv. “Great hotel, Staff, location”

Delightful hotel, special location on Rodeo Drive. Staff, especially Kendall and Oscar were very attentive and helpful. Also, Marco and Raul at the door, Jim and Serge in the restaurant were great. Others, including the cleaning staff,whose names we didn't get, also seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had what we needed. 2 night stay. Well be back!
