Very attentive management that are knowledgeable about the area. Room was spartan but clean with a couple minor maintenance issues. Good coffee and OJ, but the breakfast was minimal---suggest Jack's Restaurant in downtown. Big television with a lot of channels. Reserve in advance and you can get a good price.
