im a frequent traveler & I usually only stay at Extended stay's because of their great offerings. & this was just what I expected & needed. The staff was AMAZING & extremely helpful. If I do return to Burbank I wont hesitate to stay here again.! Oh & the location cant be beat! Close to shopping & plenty of restaurants.

We basically got in to sleep and leave the next morning. It was a hotwire deal so we had no expectations. It was clean and comfortable but we were glad we weren't staying longer. When we arrived they gave our room away and the only room available was smoking just great with two kids.Smell was so bad cannot believe smoking is allowed in the hotel.The room was never even serviced by room service we had to go get towels they alot two per room.
