The couple managing this hotel were nice and nothing was to much trouble. They let me check in at 9am. The room was comfortable and spacious. Walking distance to Warner studios. Burbank is a nice area of LA. Quiet and safe. More

The picture on the website does not look anything like the actual building. The rooms smell, the bathroom is disgusting. I would sleep outside before sleeping in the rooms. Booked in here for one night, thank goodness after a long drive from Las vegas,payed 99 usd to stay in a room that was filthy, the bedding made my skin crawl so we slept our clothes.
