In Paro unless you are staying in the ultra high end expensive hotel this is a good choice. The owner couple is renovating and value adding the place to make it a good choice for travellers. We stayed 3 nights at the Tandiling Resort and ate too much. The food is very good, the lady owner makes the best banana cake I had ever tasted. Nice spacious rooms, great location and wonderful staff. More

The hotel is relatively new, owners were friendly. We had 5 rooms of which 3 rooms were big and comfortable (LCD with satellite, good bed, big windows, quiet). But the other 2 rooms were small, one with a blocked drain. The hotel even provided a mop in the bathroom to help with the drain problem. Food was ok, we had... More

Tandiling Resort has a nice location at the outskirts of Paro. The Resort is relatively new and some work has to be done on the grounds. Accommodation is provided in nicely decorated villas in Bhutanese style. The rooms are spacious, bathroom is functional and everything was clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly.
