The rooms were clean with all amenities, and a good size. The views from the hotel rooms were fantastic. The only downside was having to catch the shuttle into Hirafu for a choice of restaurants (about 15 - 20 mins). We did become bored with the buffet options at the hotel after a couple of days. The Onsen was amazing,... More

My husband and I stayed here April 2-5, 2013 and it was wonderful. You can see the majestic Mt. Yotei from the restaurant and the hot spring bath. The golanda is attached to the hotel so it was very convenient! The food was also great! They offer a good variety for both breakfast and lunch buffets. We would definitely recommend... More

Great ski-in, ski-out hotel: superbly located, amazing terrace views from the rooms, you're right in the middle of the snow all the time. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. There are paintings by local artists which are a great touch. The lobby/lounge area is cosy with a wonderful fireplace. The hot chocolate is to die for! The ski centre... More

Our stay at the hotel was good with all the facilities within reach with ease. The ski shop was of great assist to provide convenience for ski in/ski out activities. Breakfast at the one and only one restaurant was good indeed. Onsen was absolutely fantastic with good ambiance. However there are suggestions to improve services: 1. Hotel restaurant should serve... This hotel offers everything that is essential for a successful ski vacation. I particularly enjoyed the ski-in/ski-out as well as the relaxing hot spring after an exciting day on and off-piste. The restaurant is not cheap but it's buffet is of very good quality and offers many choices that vary on a daily basis. Excellent breakfast buffet is included.

Really couldnt have been happier with this place. Reservation staff were super helpful even before we got there and this continued throughout our stay. Firstly if you dont want to lug your ski stuff there, they have very good gear you can hire just situated of the entrance before you reach reception (within hotel), this is also where you purchase... We are currently staying at Green Leaf. My daughter had an accident while sleeping. At 3 am I went to reception to apologies and ask what I should do, they just told me to leave it and they will fix in the morning. I asked if there is a coin laundry, they opened the gift shop to give me laundry... More

Stayed here for a week, like many of the other reviews, this Hotel is away from the busier and louder Hirafu side. The rooms are small, but for Japan standards they would be considered spacious. Yes this place is expensive, however, for a Ski-in/Out hotel I thinks it's worth it. The hotel has a separate section next to the lobby... More

Stayed for skiing and the location was perfect in that sense. Everything else was a nightmare. On check-in, there stood a couple of staff chatting and doing nothing, as if they couldn't see the chaos of guests who do not know where to queue and scrambled to the tiny front desk. Ask anything for any of the staff. Either they... More

This place was awesome. It has a very positive energy brewing in the air. The wife approval was very high as well. The access to Niseko Village was very nice. We had first chair every day we wanted it. I wouldn't even want to stay at the gaudy Hilton, this place is much cooler. The rooms are large and open.... More
