“ok as a base for exploring the area”

We stayed 3 nights at the Coachman's in May 2013. The accommodations are ok, though a bit shabby around the edges. It felt clean enough, though there were a few stains in the carpet. “I expected little and got disappointed”

Management is inflexible, unpleasant & unaccommodating! Called 2 weeks ahead of busy Big Sur Marathon weekend to arrange for a 2 hour late checkout! Made a repeat request 1 week before.
