Do not even bother calling this place the rooms are horrible their not clean and the people that were staying their were laud I'm just glad I did not stay in this Sh$#Ty motel (excuse my language) we ended up staying at the courtyard Marriot in Oxnard wow this hotel was 100 times better than casa del sol .

I totally agree with the previous comment. This was our worst accomodation during our stay in the US. Of course we did not expect luxury for this price (usd 69 plus tax), but this place was awful. I and my wife have travelled many times all across U.S. finding every sort of accomodation, luxurious or cheap ,but everywhere we found a "minimum" standard of cleanliness and comfort that gives the foreign tourist a good feeling of hospitality.
But this place was just a terrible nightmare.

Room rate was $80 plus $8 tax for a Saturday night stay. Motel 6 across the street was $105 plus $11 tax (Double Occupancy).
I travel on a budget, and last year the motel was "not bad".
But, I must go on record as stating this Motel was "filthy!". 20 Cigarette Butts outside door. Dirty toilet. Dirty carpet, dirty windows....
