Based on our first visit last year we revisited this hotel. Much to our surprise is was even better than the first time. While suites is a bit of a stretch the rooms are large and very nicely furnished. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was good. WE wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We checked in late on a Saturday and were greeted promptly by a friendly desk clerk. Our room was just as advertised. All areas are sparkling and roomy. The breakfast was good and the coffee choices were an unexpected positive surprise. I would stay there again.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and had a very pleasant time except for one experience. There is a complimentary breakfast that comes with the room. I happened to be up in the morning but my boyfriend was too tired to come downstairs to eat. So I told him I'd go get the food and bring it upstairs....

We stayed there for two nights (not in a row). It was the best place we ever stayed. The manager there was so nice. She ran up to our room and turned on the heat for us. We can't wait to go back. Can't say enough good about this hotel.

I come to this Hotel often and it is the only place I want to stay when I am in Castro Valley. I have tried the other Hotels in the city but this Hotel is the best. The people there are very nice and helpful. The rooms are always neat and clean along with the rest of the Hotel.
