It's a Budget Inn. I wouldn't stay there on a family vacation. But our room was clean enough, the bed was comfortable enough, and it was much cheaper than the other "budget" options in town. LIke I said, good enough for what it is.

I almost passed up this place due to the reviews, but I thought it was good for the price. Granted, it is a 50's style motor lodge, but my experience was not so bad. We liked this place. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay, the Budget Inn is a good choice. We felt safe, the rooms were clean enough, it was quiet at night, and the guy at the front desk gave us directions to a great Indian restaurant.
