We were happy to find the Harris Ranch and they are dog friendly!!
Our rooms were good with two sinks, two queens and roomy enough with
windows which opened. We ate at the restaurant which had a good wine
list...enjoyed our meal.
If you are traveling the 5 and need a place to stay, you can't beat this.

We have stayed here before and may again on our way up and down Interstate 5 but only because it's a convenient half way point for our travel and it's about the only place to stay for miles. Everything is overpriced, from the dated rooms to items in the gift shop. Our room was large but just ok. The best...

When I went years ago it was heated all year round and it was actually long enough to do laps. It is outdoor and located in the courtyard with beautiful palm trees all around... really nice. We have stayed there several times for state events with our church - a perfect place for a conference that is midway in CA.

There is nothing better than breaking up a trip between San Francisco and Los Angeles with a drink by and dunk in the pool at the Harris Ranch. It is beautiful, all the more for being in the middle of nowhere. And underwater, the perfume of the ranch herds cannot be detected.

The hotel faciliies are charming and the grounds are beautiful. I had a poolside room with a small patio. The room needs serious updating. It was like a guest room in a cottage. The rate was $179 and soooooo overpriced for what you get in a hotel room.
Note that there is absolutely nothing to do in that area and...
