I suggest, if you could change the carpet to wood flooring in your hotels. Less maintainance and it doesn't smell like the carpet.

Stayed again in a large one bedroom suite and again found it clean and attractive. Now it has a 50 inch HDTV. No freeway noise heard. Everything was in working order.
