We received a voice mail message the afternoon before arrival that we had been booked into another motel. We were told that a pipe had burst & there was significant water damage to several rooms. Very poor customer service. Advertises itself as being an establishment that pampers guests, but do not believe it! Travel to Mammoth monthly, tried to have a nice romantic weekend there, but their poor attitude and service when THEIR computer system "glitched" will cost them every hotel dollar I spend in the area.
