Horrible. We arrived late and found poop... yes, poop! all over the room. The window was open and I have to guess (from what we heard the next morning) that it might have been bats. Maybe rodent poop. Not sure, but I couldn't sleep. I wanted to go make my bed in our car since we had no other place...

In all the years I've stayed at motels, hotels, and B+Bs this one was by far the worst. The location is nice, right by the Russian river. When we approached the house we thought of the Adam's family.
