Creepy, creepy,creepy people just hanging out all over the place. Room was clean, remodeled, really no complaints with that but they really need to lose the lowlifes that are staying there. Really bad area of El Cajon as well. Sorry Quality Inn, but we won't be back. More

Lots of advantages here, starting with an actual free computer and printer for guest use in the lobby. The AC didn't work. Called the front desk multiple times from my cell phone. I couldn't use the phone in the room cause it didn't work either. Every time I called, I was told to not worry and they would fix it. They never did. Had to sleep with the door open. Poor customer service. I requested a different room... More

A cheap hotel with decent breakfast. They actually have a pretty cool waffle-machine. Anyways, the neighborhood is very dangerous. We got a car messed up. And the car was parked in their own garage. Some guys sliced our roof on our soft-top convertible. The staff told us it happens sometimes. I wouldn't want to go there again with car. More

We stayed the room facing trafic high way so it's not very quiet at night with dust in the air if we went out ( we were in third floor). The terrible thing was that some one locked our door after midnight. 2-3 nights( we stayed there 5 nights) there were people talking and yelling so loud after midnight!! More

The good: Check in was quick and easy, desk staff was friendly, hotel was clean. The not so good: very small rooms, hard beds, television didn't work well, bathroom door squeeked, shower didn't maintain a constant temperature, and the toilet didn't flush well.
