I loved our stay here! We only stayed one night and our room wa gorgeous with a beautiful balcony with views over Yosemite. It was eveident that the Inn was loved and cared for. Points to note though, the Inn is about 15 mins drive from the entrance of the park, and there are no facilities (during April) for dining... More

I booked the room based on TripAdvisor and suggested it for family. Our room was adorable and seemed clean. Great location. We chose it also because it is a pick up point for Discover Yosemite Tours. No restaurant, so we went elsewhere for that. There was a slow drain and problems with the door lock which really didn't interrupt our... More

Overall this Inn was much appreciated. It has a unique charm about it. Two very important suggestions: 1) Management should "stagger" room occupany whenever possible - too much noice through walls; 2) provide hair dryers in each room...didn't realize that you could "borrow" one from front desk until way too late! Would definately return! More

Although we stayed at the Inn during low season (november 2010), and we didn't have the pleasure of dining at their restaurant, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, including the strange Hemingway cat in the small tourist shop. The Inn is conveniently located near the south gate of Yosemite. The rooms are very clean, with a private... Very unique and charming inn. We had a top floor room with a balcony off the back. The balcony overlooks the lower parking area and has a view of a mountain. The bed was very comfortable. The heater warmed the room quickly. The bathroom had a minor maintenance issue - easily fixed. The walls were thin - we could hear... More

stayed for two nights in September. Very hot weather. pool lovely and so was hot tub. Lovely big room but a little disappointed with the darkness. I asked for a light room with a view, because of large trees nearby this had neither. The trees by our corner room need to be removed or pruned as they are too close... More

Book it. Tranquil, pretty, welcoming, quiet. Really enjoyed our one nights stay in the Inn. Rooms were pretty although fan abit noisy in room and did disturb sleep. Great bar with lots of atmosphere. Pool area great during day but sun went off the pool quite quickly, hot tub a plus though. Restaurant average, waitress abit scary and assertive but... More

We stayed 3 nights in mid Sept. Very quiet small hotel. Our room faced the woods with a deck. Only 3 miles to Yosemite ent. Excellent restaurant on premises. More

We stayed for 4 days while visiting Yosemite. I can't say enough about what a peaceful, isolated (meant in a POSITIVE sense), cute inn this is. Surrounded by their gardens and walking paths, balconies looking out over the forest and mountains, good restaurant (pricey though), limited but nice continental breakfast, we thouroughly enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we... More

Great location, before Yosemite park entrance, next to a working turist railroad tour. The cabins are beautiful, as are the grounds all around. Quiet little places to take a walk. A perfect place to keep you in the mood for mountian beauty, before going to Yosemite. More
