Stayed in the hotel night of June 8, 2013. Woke up the morning of the 9th to find bed bugs in our bed. We stayed in room 302. The maintenance guy Rick was rude and not in any way professional. The guest relations manager Kevan was helpful. He comp'ed our room and offered to pay for any laundry charges. But... More

The service and amenities are excellent but the room set-up leaves a lot to be desired. The closet in the bedroom is hard to get to, and when the sofa bed is open you can not get to the desk in the living room. The location is very convenient and you get a lot for the price.

The breakfast was fantastic. Love having an omelet chef. Internet was fast and easy to use. Gym was good with TV's on treadmills. Jacuzzi could have been hotter but that might just be me. Great dining and shopping within walking distance. Great stay for the price.

After checking in with a cheerful staff, I enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay in my room. The morning breakfast was extensive and included egg-white meals. I would stay again next time I'm in the area.

Good clean hotel conveniently located to interstate. Be prepared to pay for parking & internet service. Great Complimentary Breakfast, best we have ever had. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist with personal belongings left behind.

Very nice hotel, and very convenient to where we needed to be in LA. The only drawback might be the parking - it would have been nice to have complementary parking (we chose this over a much cheaper Embassy Suites in Arcadia, even tho the Arcadia one had free parking). Overall, this hotel is nice, and I highly recommend it.

Great service from every employee we came in contact with. Clean and updated rooms. We had a sink, fridge and microwave. Beautifully decorated lobby area. Universal Studios was a ten minute drive. The best part of our stay? Super breakfast buffet.
