The service and experience at this hotel was top notch and second to none. Also, being so close to the Spectrum for nightlife and entertainment really makes this hotel the hotel to be at if you are staying in Irvine.

This hotel has the friendlist and most accomodating staff. The rooms are clean and tidy and the food and servers in the dining room and bar are quick and courteous. They have a shuttle that will take you to quite a range of places for work in the day to dining in the evening in the Spectrum.

Our family had a wonderful stay during Spring Break. The staff was very warm, welcoming And courteous - from front desk, to housekeeping, to restaurant staff. I liked the physical condition and location. Only had buffet breakfast and for the price it was terrible. Also, after working until 10:45 it would have been nice if the bar stayed open at least until 12. It closes at 11.

For the price of the room, this was a below average experience. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. Best thing I can say is you get a warm cookie upon arrival. Would expect more based on rates.
