The park has changed allot from 2011-2010. Under new ownership. The buildings are clean, dog park is great as always but, the site are still so narrow our big rig barley fits. Very noisy and located by a Flying J truck stop. Our biggest complaint here is the long term giest sites. They are filthy and cluttered, like trailer trash!... More

Serious theft problems here...beware!!! The staff mostly nice. Spot are very narrow. Location is alright but a lot of homeless in area. Cars are getting broken into and bikes stolen nightly in the last week.

Agree with the other reviewer that the sites were narrow and we walked in the flowerbeds/gardens a lot - which were a bit muddy... as the grass grows this will be better. I stayed only one night but I thought it was a nice place. The bathrooms were very clean and the sites were nice and level. If I had anything negative to say it was the air is very stinky in the area, obviously not the fault of the park.

Highly recommend this rv park to anyone traveling through Lodi Ca.! Very clean and organized park with a very helpful staff. Restroom and showers clean as home!

Everything about this park is large, bright and modern. The interior roads are paved and the pads are concrete. The sites are nice and large, but the concrete is just a bit narrow, so to hookup, you have to step in the flowerbed. The trees are still too young to provide much shade.
