Needed a place to stay near Koreatown. Booked 3 condos and 3 rooms for our family for 2 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, the WIFI kinda worked, beds were great, and there was no charge for parking. They reserved me a two bedroom condo for me but when i got there all the condos were under renovation!!!! ?????? WTF? I couldnt get another room anywhere else due to it being a saturday. They wanted full price for two rooms instead. Which turned out to be more than the cost of the condo!!! More by $47.00!!! They took... More

Stayed one night as part of a tour packge. Cafe was closed, not much on amenities and the rooms are older. Our room safe did not work. Breakfast opened late and rushed through. I was extremely interested in using this service, but when it came time to book the trip for the 7 members of my family, I was rejected with an error saying I can only book with 6 or less. So what, one of us should stay home? Thanks for nothing. More
