Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was on the small side, but plenty large for just me. One of the cleanest rooms I have had in recent travel. We recently spent three nights here. Conveniently located close to Downtown and West Hollywood. Valet parking is easy and they bring our car very quickly. The rooms are nicely appointed, as are the bathrooms.

Let me start by saying that I really appreciate the deep discount at checkout. If you're not here specifically for a convention or some type of business in the downtown area I would avoid this. the downtown lacks any type of life or atmosphere after hours or weekends. the hotel is nice and exactly what you would expect from kimpton. i would stay here again only if i had business obligations downtown and transfer... Stayed for 3 nights on vacation. Location is not the best but quick to cab to Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Bed was moderately comfy, and robes were fun in animal prints. My stay here was wonderful, I only wish it was longer. The hotel seemed very new with modern fixtures. The bathroom was incredible!
