Location is perfect near every thing and most of attraction are of short distance ..connected to high land mall in which you can park your car for 10$ a day instead of 33 of the hotel parking .. Our rooms was in front of Hollywood sign ... Walk of fame beyond the mall about one mint from it .. Metro... More

I was looking forward to my stay at the Renaissance Hollywood but left feeling a bit disappointed. I'll start with the positives. -Check in and check out were excellent with a very friendly Desk Clerk on both occasions. -I ordered an Executive King bedroom. It had a terrific view of the Hollywood sign and hills north of the hotel. -I... More

Like everyone has said about this review, its all about the location! Its worth paying the extra to stay here as you wont need to worry about transportation or day tours because you're right in the middle of everything. The staff were friendly, the room was perfectly clean, the bed was comfortable (which is always important to me!) and it... More

I used Marriott rewards for 2 night stays and received everything that I requested. Top floor, corner room (2040) with magnificent view of LA and Hollywood sign. The concierge lounge on the 19th floor is spacious and has a great view of the Hollywood hills. Decent food were provided in the lounge. Kodak theater and shopping areas are directly connected... We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of May. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is amazing from the valet to the front desk clerk to the maid staff. We got a room upon arrival at 10:00 in the morning. They got us a refrigerator without charge and responded to all of our requests immediately. We were... More

Stayed for 2 nites transit. We mainly go out at 10AM and come back hotel at 10PM. This hotel is strategically located (Another choice is Roosevelt hotel, nearby) right behind Kodak theater. Pros: 1. Strategically located, 2 mins walking to Metro station, HopOnHopOff bus, etc 2. At the heart of hollywood; within 3 minutes walking distance to lots of attractions... More

I stayed here for a conference and was extremely satisfied with the room situation. It was clean, updated and lovely. The bed was superb with comfy pillows, bedding and mattress. The bathroom was clean and had wonderful toiletries. I was unfortunately right near the elevator which led the way to loud guests waking me along with the elevator ding each... More

Just returned from a weekend break at this hotel as part of a 2 week holiday in Las Vegas. The hotel is in a great central location with numerous amenities. The hotel is linked to a Plaza which has several shops and restaurants/cafes. There is also a Starbucks on site and also the California Pizza Kitchen (which although we didn’t... More

I stayed here on business. I felt nickel-and-dimed for everything from $32/day parking (apparently from reading some reviews there was a cheaper alternative, but I never heard about this during my stay) to the $13/day internet. I had a bad experience at check-in, waited a long time even though there was lots of staff milling about, then another couple walked... More

I was here for 2 days attending a conference. First impression was horrible, didn't want to return. The place makes no sense especially when you enter from the parking structure. But I talked to the staff, and discovered nuances that make this place nice. 1) Staff is very accommodating. If you want a certain room, ask and they deliver. 2)... More
