Although the lobby was beautiful and the front desk staff very nice, the room was not in good shape. The door didn't close securely. There was no room service menu in the room. All the lights and TV were on in our room when we checked in making us feel like someone had been using the room before us. Expensive... More

If you're only in LA briefing, it's all about location. And if you're planning on doing some shopping whilst you're in town, this Intercontinental is ideally situated. You can easily walk to the Century City Mall, which has a great selection of designer shops, some great restaurants RockSugar for one!, and of course a movie theater. One thing I love... More

We never intended going to LA but decided to spend 3 nights here. So happy we did! The staff were so accommodating and lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. More

This is a gorgeous, well located hotel in Beverly Hills/Century City LA. Very large hotel, very grand lobby, and nice, well kept, clean rooms. We received a great rate, but still received a great corner room with awesome views. My mom even said at one point, "Do they realize we got a great deal? They're treating us like celebrities!" -... lovely spacious rooms, close to Hollywood,Beverly Hills and downtown LA. Great pool and nice gardens along with a beautiful lobby. The concierge is an ex-pat Aussie yay. There is a town car that will drop you off and pick you up within a 5mile radius........the local shopping centre is only 10 minutes walk and has a supermarket, restaurants etc.Our room overlooked fox... As other's have said, location is primo for this hotel. It's LA; cars are required. ;-) Service is overall great. Only down part was trying to order room service. I called and told me that someone would call me back. What?? 10 minutes later, we placed an order. Room was clean and well appointed; with excellent balcony views. Only issue... More

Visited straight after a stay in the IC SF SOMO - well what a difference. The IC Century City is amazing - from the friendly and knowledgeable staff to the beautiful rooms, great pool and gym and the amazing lobby. They also have a town car that will take you up to a couple of miles around Century City for... More

I love this hotel. I used to stay there every other week, but my business has not taken me to LA as much of late. The service is phenomenal. The staff is friendly and will bend over backwards to help. The lobby is stunning and I understand that they are renovating the rooms, but as they are they include flat... More

I've been to hotels with more dramatic entries, faster elevators, larger rooms, more stylish restaurants -- but the LA Intercontinental combines all these elements into a beautifully balanced hotel that has few equals. I probably should give it 5 stars, but I'm taking off 1 star due to the location -- which (in typical LA fashion) requires a drive to... More

Great location! Not far from UCLA, Rodeo Dr. Minutes away from the mall, even complimentary hotel car! Valet was awesome! Wonderful customer service from the gentleman who opened my door down to the cute cashier with a fun name! Parking is a little pricey, but that's expected. Check-in was quick. Staff was welcoming. Had an issue with our shower so... More
